Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup broccoli microgreens
  • ½ cup kimkraut or commercially prepared beet-based sauerkraut
  • ¼ avocado sliced into small pieces
  • 1 T salted sunflower seeds
  • 2 T Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 T Lemon Hummus

Instructions
 

  • Put microgreens onto a large plate and top with kimkraut, avocado slices, sunflower seeds.
    1 cup broccoli microgreens, ½ cup kimkraut, ¼ avocado, 1 T salted sunflower seeds, 2 T Vinaigrette Dressing, 2 T Lemon Hummus
  • Drizzle with dressing and top with hummus and fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy!
